EDUCATION AND PROMOTION OF LIFELONG LEARNING

The Philippines Faced With Major Educational Challenges That Are Affecting It Nationwide. The Country's Leadership Has Done Much To Address These Issues In The 21st Century, Instituting K-12 Educational Requirements As The New Standard Previously (K-10)And More Than Doubling The Government's Expenditures . In 2017, The Current Administration Implemented Free Tuition At State Universities And Colleges. However, Much More Help Is Needed To Support And Enhance The Good Work That Has Been Done Thus Far. Tens Of Thousands Of Teachers Must Be Hired Just To Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The New Reforms. There Will Be An Enormous Budget Shortfall In Attempting To Meet These Standards And Tuition Programs . There Remains A Large Disparity In K-12 Enrollment Rates Among Children Of Rich Vs Poor Families And Between Children Living In Urban Vs. Rural Areas. Filipino Literacy Rates, Math And Science Proficiency Scores Are Below Of Neighboring Countries . The Educational System Must Be More Inclusive To Promote Life-Long Learning Experiences For All Its Children And Young Adults. This Is A Capacity Issue. Millions Of Boys And Girls Girls Do Not Have Access To Affordable And Quality Technical, Vocational And Tertiary Education System. Persons In The Millions, Those With Disabilities , Indigenous People And Children In Vulnerable Situations Are Denied Proper Education. Our Team Is Committed To Solving The Education Problems Of The Philippines By Creating Technical And Vocational Schools Nationwide. Our Schools Will Ensure That All Women And Men Have Equal Access To Affordable And Quality Technical And Vocational Training. We Will Expand The Capacity Of The Existing K-12 Education Framework , Paying Special Attention The Needs Of Those Students In Rural Areas And Of Lower Socio-Economic Status. These Educational Facilities Will Substantially Increase The Opportunity For Youths And Adults Alike To Have Descent Jobs And The Chance At Entrepreneurship. Each Education Facility Will Ensure That Persons With Disabilities And Indigenous People Are Given Equal Access To All Level Of Education.

PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH

We will focus on the industries of electronic products, machinery and transport equipment , chemicals, steel production and consumers products. These industries are necessary to enable the domestic growth of the country and to provide the opportunity to increased international exports. Unemployment and underemployment lie at the core of poverty. For the poor , labor opportunities are often the only means they can utilize to improve their well being. The creation of productive employment opportunities is essential for achieving poverty reduction and sustainable economic and social development. Our manufacturing projects will provide the Filipino people with jobs located in 50 of the nation's provinces. These jobs will secure income and provide empowerment for the poor, especially women and younger people. Our investment in training and manufacturing production will bring a high rate of expansion of productive and remunerative employment, which will lead to a reduction in poverty. Given the importance of employment in achieving these goals, job creation occupies a central role in our national manufacturing development strategies. We Have identified several manufacturing sectors within the Philippines that can be expanded and created with our investment and team expertise . These industries will not only meet national demands , they will also improve regional and international trade opportunities .

WATER SANITATION

The lack of adequate and sustainable sanitation facilities and practices poses a national crisis for the Philippines’ water quality. The capacity to properly dispose of effluent is perhaps the single most significant factor in ensuring the availability of clean drinking water. Furthermore, major dumping by industries and citizens releases hazardous chemicals and materials into the nation’s rivers and creeks , making its water unhealthy for consumption. Our team has identified the need to develop water projects nationwide that will ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for the Filipino people.
Our water projects will pay special attention to sanitation and hygiene issues that affect the Philippines’ water supply. We will minimize the impact of hazardous chemicals and materials , provide infrastructure to properly process the nation’s wastewater and substantially increase recycling and safe water education for the Filipino people. Special privileges will be given to the most vulnerable regions.

TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE

Just as basic human needs (food, shelter and water) must be met before people can begin to flourish, the ability of the country's people and commerce to move freely between locations and resource centers is at the very heart of the country's economic potential. Quality transportation infrastructure supports and enables the success of all the projects highlighted herein and vice versa. They are inextricably related. The Philippines is facing a major transportation infrastructure crisis. Its existing infrastructures are far from adequate and has rapidly deteriorated in recent years. The deficit has been a major contributor to poverty and hunger in the nation. We have identified the need to urgently solve the philippines' transportation infrastructures crises by developing and building quality, reliable sustainable and durable infrastructure including roads, railways, ports, bridges, airports and public transportation. These infrastructure developments will support the economic development and poverty reduction. Our focus is to upgrade and develop new infrastructures and retrofit existing industries to make them sustainable and environmentally sound , keeping in mind the country's unique climatic conditions and challenges.

HEALTH CARE

CLASS A MEDICAL HOSPITAL AND DIABETIC TREATMENT CENTER

Our plan is to build class A hospitals throughout the nation addressing the urgent healthcare needs of the Filipino people. Diabetes is one disease that is grave issue for millions of Filipinos. For years, our US team has been supporting world leading research in the areas of diabetes , stem cells and blood senescence. The result of this research present very promising treatment options for diabetes and other diseases. Our treatment soon involves the use of stemcells to stimulate the body's natural production of insulin. Another utilizes certain compounds to drastically reduce the levels of senescense in the blood, thereby reducing the occurence of , and even curing various diseases. Quality hospital facilities and staff create the perfect environment for administering and improving these type of treatment , allowing us to make substantial progress toward eliminating many of the medical conditions needlessly afflicting the Filipino people. The goal of each hospital will be to reduce premature mortality from disease, optimize prevention and treatment and promote positive mental health and well -being. Our medical hospitals will provide the Filipino people with nationwide access to sexual and reproductive healtcare services, including education for family planning . These facilities also will attack the nation's epidemics of AIDS , tuberculosis malaria and neglected tropical diseases. They will help combat hepatitis, water- borne illnesses and other communicable diseases . Our medical facilities will address the dire drug abuse issues the Philippines faces with , by offering prevention and treatment of substance abuse issues, including narcotic drug abuse and the harmful use of alcohol. The Filipino people will be ensured access to quality essential healthcare services and safe, effective, quality and affordable medicines and vaccine for all. While initiating staffing , will have to be augmented with resources from outside the country, select hospitals will house relevant medical school training facilities with educational grants to provide opportunities to the Filipino citizens. This will help ensure the long-term sustainability of the expertise and staffing needs of the facilities. Each hospital will be fully furnished and equipped with state-of-the-art medical equipment , a pharmacy, staff and patient housing , and an Urgent Care Center . There will be a high standard for medical services. These services will be designed to respond to the healthcare requirements of the local people with special privileges extended to the elders of society and people residing in the most impoverished regions.

CLASS A CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL

In addition , we will build class A children's hospitals throughout the nation addressing the dire healthcare needs of the most vulnerable people in the nation, the Filipino children. These hospitals will reduce the high national mortality rate for live births . Each facility will be equipped with staff trained to end the preventable deaths of newborns and children under 5 years of age. Our objective is to reduce neonatal mortality rates nationwide. The hospital's treatment and care for each child will ensure healthy lives and promote the well-being of children of all ages. Each facility will be furnished with the latest medical equipment and technology. As with the medical hospitals, each children's hospital will have a high standard for its healthcare, facilities and accomodations , these services will designed to respond to the health requirements of all Filipino children , with special privileges extended to the less fortunate members of the society.

DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND CLIMATE CHANGE

The Philippines is one of the world's most disaster-prone countries . Located along the boundary of major tectonic plates and the center of typhoon belt, its islands are regularly impacted by flood, typhoons , landslide , earthquakes , volcanoes and droughts. The Philippines also ranks among the top three countries in the world for population exposure and vulnerability to hazards. Over the past few years, million of women, children and men have died due to lack of proper shelter during natural disasters . The socio-economic damage from each natural disaster has cost the country billions of dollars. The socio-economic damage from each natural disasters in the country are one of the highest contributors to poverty and hunger for its citizens. In addition, these disasters have a pernicious impact on small farmers and other small businesses and result in the elimination of jobs and sustainable income for thousands of people . To ensure the survival and safety of the Filipino people , the country's leadership has identified the need to design and build thousands of disaster preparedness shelters nationwide. We are not aware that anyone has ever done this such on such a large scale. However, once you realized that the country covers approximately 116,000 square miles comprised over 7,600 islands, with over 52% of the population residing in the rural areas, the supplies that will be essential to the survival of the Filipino people during natural disasters .Each facility will be designed with proper research on how best to build and customize a safe and sustainable building that will meet the needs of the people during extreme weather and natural disasters. Each facility will be equipped with satellite and video systems ensure communications, surveillance and top-notch sanitation facilities.
