EDUCATION AND PROMOTION OF LIFELONG LEARNING
The Philippines Faced With Major Educational Challenges That Are Affecting It Nationwide. The Country's Leadership Has Done Much To Address These Issues In The 21st Century, Instituting K-12 Educational Requirements As The New Standard Previously (K-10)And More Than Doubling The Government's Expenditures . In 2017, The Current Administration Implemented Free Tuition At State Universities And Colleges. However, Much More Help Is Needed To Support And Enhance The Good Work That Has Been Done Thus Far. Tens Of Thousands Of Teachers Must Be Hired Just To Meet The Minimum Requirements Of The New Reforms. There Will Be An Enormous Budget Shortfall In Attempting To Meet These Standards And Tuition Programs . There Remains A Large Disparity In K-12 Enrollment Rates Among Children Of Rich Vs Poor Families And Between Children Living In Urban Vs. Rural Areas. Filipino Literacy Rates, Math And Science Proficiency Scores Are Below Of Neighboring Countries . The Educational System Must Be More Inclusive To Promote Life-Long Learning Experiences For All Its Children And Young Adults. This Is A Capacity Issue. Millions Of Boys And Girls Girls Do Not Have Access To Affordable And Quality Technical, Vocational And Tertiary Education System. Persons In The Millions, Those With Disabilities , Indigenous People And Children In Vulnerable Situations Are Denied Proper Education. Our Team Is Committed To Solving The Education Problems Of The Philippines By Creating Technical And Vocational Schools Nationwide. Our Schools Will Ensure That All Women And Men Have Equal Access To Affordable And Quality Technical And Vocational Training. We Will Expand The Capacity Of The Existing K-12 Education Framework , Paying Special Attention The Needs Of Those Students In Rural Areas And Of Lower Socio-Economic Status. These Educational Facilities Will Substantially Increase The Opportunity For Youths And Adults Alike To Have Descent Jobs And The Chance At Entrepreneurship. Each Education Facility Will Ensure That Persons With Disabilities And Indigenous People Are Given Equal Access To All Level Of Education.
PRODUCTIVE EMPLOYMENT AND SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC GROWTH
We will focus on the industries of electronic products, machinery and transport equipment , chemicals, steel production and consumers products. These industries are necessary to enable the domestic growth of the country and to provide the opportunity to increased international exports. Unemployment and underemployment lie at the core of poverty. For the poor , labor opportunities are often the only means they can utilize to improve their well being. The creation of productive employment opportunities is essential for achieving poverty reduction and sustainable economic and social development. Our manufacturing projects will provide the Filipino people with jobs located in 50 of the nation's provinces. These jobs will secure income and provide empowerment for the poor, especially women and younger people. Our investment in training and manufacturing production will bring a high rate of expansion of productive and remunerative employment, which will lead to a reduction in poverty. Given the importance of employment in achieving these goals, job creation occupies a central role in our national manufacturing development strategies. We Have identified several manufacturing sectors within the Philippines that can be expanded and created with our investment and team expertise . These industries will not only meet national demands , they will also improve regional and international trade opportunities .
WATER SANITATION
The lack of adequate and sustainable sanitation facilities and practices poses a national crisis for the Philippines’ water quality. The capacity to properly dispose of effluent is perhaps the single most significant factor in ensuring the availability of clean drinking water. Furthermore, major dumping by industries and citizens releases hazardous chemicals and materials into the nation’s rivers and creeks , making its water unhealthy for consumption. Our team has identified the need to develop water projects nationwide that will ensure the availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for the Filipino people.
Our water projects will pay special attention to sanitation and hygiene issues that affect the Philippines’ water supply. We will minimize the impact of hazardous chemicals and materials , provide infrastructure to properly process the nation’s wastewater and substantially increase recycling and safe water education for the Filipino people. Special privileges will be given to the most vulnerable regions.
